Which one to buy?

Hello, I am trying to decide between the AER Compact 60 and the Acoustic Image Coda RIIa. It will be used for guitar and vocals for one person. I would love opinions of anyone who has had a chance to compare the two. Thank you very much. Krissy

I’ve never heard of either and I’ve researched amps a lot. That would lead me to believe that neither are very good amps. Chris

Hi Krissy, Are you playing live gigs or just for yourself? The reason I ask is that I have never liked the idea of singing and playing through the same amp. I’m sure many would beg to differ with that opinion, but my suggestion would be to find a nice little guitar amp and to then buy a small PA amp and full range speaker system for your vocals. The amps you mentioned are ones I have never heard of. Personally, if I had to use a single amp to play my guitar through and sing through, and I wanted to be heard, I’d buy a Fender Twin Reverb. Preferably a vintage silver face since they are generally reasonably priced and work great.
